Public offer

This document is a public offer by Melody Market Academy to enter into an agreement for access to online courses. By paying for a course you accept the terms below.

1. Seller

Sole proprietor ________________, tax ID __________, address: ________________, IBAN: ________________. Contact: the support Telegram bot listed on the website.

2. Subject

The seller gives the buyer access to the selected online course: video lessons, notes, quizzes and a workbook in the account on the website. The course is an information service and does not grant any state-recognised certificate.

3. Price and payment

The course price is shown on the course page in Ukrainian hryvnias. Payment is one-time, by card or Apple Pay / Google Pay on the secure WayForPay payment page. Card data is processed by WayForPay; the seller never receives it.

4. Access

Access opens right after the payment is confirmed. You sign in with the email used at payment and a one-time code. Access is personal; sharing it, recording, copying or distributing course materials is prohibited.

5. Refunds

Each course is covered by the guarantee described on that course's page. Other refund requests are considered individually if sent to support within 7 days of payment. Refunds go to the card used for payment.

6. Third-party services

The course shows work in online services. Their prices, terms and availability are set by their owners; the course price does not include payment for those services.

7. Liability

The seller does not guarantee any specific income or number of orders: results depend on the buyer's actions. The seller is not liable for interruptions caused by the internet provider, the buyer's device or third-party services.

8. Other

The seller may update this offer; for courses already paid the version in force at payment applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of Ukraine.
